How can I pay? I accept cash, card or bank transfer. Please note a bank transfer should be done before you start your treatment.
Do you have gift vouchers? Yes I have gift vouchers available for either an amount or for a specific treatment. These are great as a gift.
Will my private health care cover my treatment? It's possible that it may cover for Reflexology or a Massage, it's worth contacting them and asking.
When are you available? I am available from 9am to 3pm and 7.30pm to 9pm on Monday through to Friday. Please note, I only offer a mobile service from 9am to 3pm.
I'd like the mobile service, how far do you travel? Based in Fareham, Hampshire, I offer treatments in my home studio or I offer a mobile service. Covering Fareham, Portsmouth, Titchfield, Stubbington, Hill Head, Whiteley, Park Gate, Locksheath, Portchester, Cosham. If you are outside of these areas please contact me.
I want to come to your home studio, how can I find you? When you book your appointment I will provide my address and give you directions. I am not far from Blackbrook House in Fareham.
Do you have insurance? Yes I do, I am insured with BABTAC, the British Association of Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology. They give me Professional Liability, Public Liability, Malpractice, Treatment Risk and Product Liability Insurance.
What if I have to cancel my treatment? Sometimes having to cancel an appointment is unavoidable. However, when you book your treatment I commit that time to you and arrange my day accordingly. If you have to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment then FULL payment is required.
